Their are 3 methods of uninstalling the n-CASE program

The easiest way by far, is to download two donation based anti spyware programs, I've fully tested this method, and it removed everything successfully, ad-aware,completely removed n-CASE successfully by itself, but under certain circumstances it locked, under these circumstances I used sybot to take the first bite out of the program,and then I used ad-aware completely removed the rest

N-CASE180 Solutions, Inc do offer a uninstall facility at their web site ( please tell me if this link stops working, it wouldn't be the first time they've changed it ) I think its changed 3 times this year up to now

you have to download a uninstall program which removes most of their product, its worth running a anti spywear program to clean up the rest

If you have any problems, you can download the main program, install it, then uninstall it, but you are required to stay online while this happens

You can find the main program, by double clicking my computer, then double clicking control panel, then double click add/remove programs, look for PAD Lookups by n-CASE, highlight it then click uninstall, make sure your online and follow the instructions

This is a over engineered way of uninstalling a program, but it does work, ( I suspect this is deliberately done to put you off uninstalling it )

Undoubtedly the most complicated and dangerous way of getting rid of this program uninstall it by hand, i.e. delete the folders and registry keys yourself, I would advise any novice user not to use this method, although its a valid way of uninstalling this program deleting registry keys, can seriously muck things up
