Question
from Tim
I have noticed that not all the "whois"
information generated from Sam Spade has an abuse@address.com Does
this indicate that the ISP is not interested in the issue?

I. do understand your concern of the lack of
abuse addresses by some Internet service provides, does this
mean their not interested?, I'm sure some of the less professional
provides would rather not spend any time or money dealing
with the problem of spam, but fortunately for us, and unfortunately
for them, there's some major developments happening there are new
laws dealing with unsolicited email abuse,
